The Standing Board of the Vinh Phuc Party Committee has organized a conference to master the 2023 theme “Studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style on promoting cultural values and human strength in the current period, for comprehensive and sustainable development of Vinh Phuc”.
