Chairwoman of the Ho Chi Minh city People’s Council Nguyen Thi Quyet Tam urged the municipal People’s Committee act immediately to implement resolutions passed by the council and improve growth quality.

The authorities of the northern province of Ha Nam signed cooperation agreements with and granted investment certificates to 10 enterprises on a total investment of VND17 trillion (USD765 million) in the locality at an investment promotion conference on August 6th.
