The Overseas Vietnamese Association in France (UGVF) organized its 16th congress in Paris on December 11, with the participations of nearly 100 delegates.

The General Association of Vietnamese People in Laos held its third congress and elected an executive committee for the 2022 - 2026 tenure in Vientiane on December 12.
