The Vietnamese Embassy in Laos has obtained significant achievements in all the fields within its remit this year, particularly in economic and cultural diplomacy, said Ambassador Nguyen Ba Hung.

Ms. Doan Thu Le, an overseas Vietnamese in the US, donated nearly 3.5 billion VND to Thua Thien Hue province to improve capacity in preventing drowning accidents and protecting children's health in the province.
