A mid-Autumn Festival was organized by the Overseas Vietnamese Association and Vietnamese Embassy in Romania for Vietnamese children and their families in Bucharest city and neighboring cities on September 29th.

The 2017 Sports Festival of the Overseas Vietnamese Community in Beijing was launched on October 4th at the stadium of University of Science and Technology, Beijing, in order to mark the 61st founding of the Vietnam Youth Federation (October 15th).

The Vietnamese community in the Republic of Korea (RoK) organized a football tournament for Vietnamese workers and raised funds to support poor students in Vietnam in Osan city, Gyeonggy province on October 1st.

A great requiem for martyrs who sacrificed their lives to protect Vietnam’s sea and island sovereignty was organized at Dai Phuoc Pagoda, the first Vietnamese pagoda in Myanmar, on September 10th.
