During a working visit to the Vietnamese province of Nghe An, on October 27, the Republic of Korea (RoK) city of Gwangju’s leaders and Nghe An province’s leaders held talks and signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation.

The Vietnamese Central Highlands province of Kon Tum has given assistance to Se Kong province of Lao with VND3 billion to build social welfare works, thus showing the special friendship and solidarity between the two localities.

(CPV) - The Peace Corps on October 27 welcomed its first ever cohort of 10 volunteers to Vietnam.
