A strategic cooperation deal was signed between Sai Gon Tourism Corporation (Saigontourist) and Vietnam Post and Telecommunications (VNPT) group in Ho Chi Minh, on October 24th.

The Ho Chi Minh city Computer Association (HCA) on October 24th worked with the Saigon Innovation Hub (SIHUB), universities and colleges in Ho Chi Minh city and Binh Duong province’s new Binh Duong city to review a program linking businesses with students, which encourages information, technology and communications-based innovation and start-ups.
