(CPV) - The event "The first Ho Chi Minh City Friendship Dialogue in 2022" aims to promote the relationship between the city and international localities, especially key localities of countries that are Vietnam's comprehensive strategic cooperation partners, will take place from December 2-4, with the participation of more than 20 foreign delegations.
